All orders placed for in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. Our orders will ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS ground services with tracking and signature required services. Please allow for 3-5 days for shipping depending on your location. Your tracking number will be provided once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created. A signature will be required at time of delivery. When placing an order with OGFIRE you acknowledge and accept our policies and terms of service.
All Sales are Final. Our items are inspected and placed through a quality inspection process prior to shipping. Our inspection process guarantees only new, unused, and undamaged items are shipped to our customers. If your item(s) are damaged upon receipt, please file your claim with the parcel carrier.
Our sizes run true to size however, we respect that you may occasionally need to exchange an item that does not fit properly. If your sneakers do not fit when they arrive, we will exchange them for another size provided your size is in-stock. If your size is not in-stock at the time of the exchange, we will offer you an in-store credit that can be used to reorder your size at another time when they are in-stock or to be used to order another item in your size.
All exchanged items must be in their unworn, unused, unsoiled, original sale condition. No exchanges will be granted for items that have been worn, cleaned, or in any other condition other than their original new as-sold condition. Your items must also be in their original packaging with all marketing and promotional items included. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
All exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery. Any orders returned to us after this period will not be eligible for in-store credit and may not be returned to you due to the cost of shipping. Please contact us for an exchange authorization prior to shipping.
All items to be exchanged must be shipped back to us via tracked mail with signature required to ensure your item to be exchanged arrives safely. No refunds or in-store credit will be given for any items that go missing due to your failure to add tracking and signature required services.
1- Contact us at ogfiresales@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your item to be exchanged.
2- We will correspond with you to understand the nature of your exchange request.
3- We will then issue you an Exchange Authorization via email. The Exchange Authorization will provide you with a shipping address to ship your item(s) back to us.
4- Take your item(s) to your parcel carrier of choice and ship it to the address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Make sure to include tracking and signature required services to ensure your exchange is received.
5- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange if it does not conform to our policies and terms of service.
6- If your item(s) is approved for exchange, your exchange size will be shipped out to you within 10 business days of your exchange email from us. If your size is not in stock, we will email you an in-store credit to be used to place another order for your size when your item is back in stock or to be used to purchase another item of your choosing.
